FedEx have been a UEFA sponsor since 2015 when they engaged with the UEFA Europa League. In 2021 they became an official sponsor of the UEFA Champions League.
With a switch in sponsorship, the time was right to upscale their ticket management process and Dataflow were selected to provide a new platform to deliver on the required process.
The required solution needed to accommodate a variety of needs:
Design
Following the FedEx design guidelines, the requirements were for a clean and mobile responsive structure.

Taking advantage of our unique database structure as well as the capability to adjust Backend tools, we delivered 2 new front facing sites: The MKTG Administrators site, with a home page dashboard indicating where and what action is required. Such is the short window of time available; a great deal of care went into ensure that MKTG administrators could process requirements quickly and easily see where input was required.
The guest site was delivered in 8 different languages.
FedEx now have a standardised platform to engage with their event hospitality guests across several different partnerships. In addition to the UEFA Champions League, FedEx have active systems based on the core database for the NFL International Series, UEFA Nations League, UEFA Youth League & UEFA Super Cup.
