Welcome to Dataflow Events

Dataflow Events plans, builds and delivers delegate registration sites. We have a team of project managers and developers based in our office in Wimbledon, dedicated to this purpose.

The process is that we discuss your brief, provide a quotation, build the site and associated administrator functionality and work with you from start to finish in managing your event data. Once the site is prepared we will train you on the use of the administrative tools, reports, CMS and emails.  You are then empowered to manage the project to completion.

Our core offering is in delivering a customised service, however we appreciate that clients have a range of requirements from simple and straight forward to highly complex. For this reason we have split our service into 3 levels to match your needs and budget (see Products for further details).

As part of the partnership with Premiership Rugby, Gallagher required an internal web application for the request, approval and shipping of match day tickets and signed merchandise. We invited a range of agencies to tender for the project and after an impressive pitch and demonstration, we decided to choose DataFlow as our preferred supplier. What we liked about DataFlow was the flexibility of their platform as they were able to meet the very complex requirements of our business. During the build they were also extremely responsive to changes in scope and priorities. Even our IT Security requirements did not prove a problem for DataFlow.
