Additional Sessions

As part of the arrangements, the host might like to add into the arrangements some enhancements to the guest experience.  Such arrangements might include:

• A pre or post event dinner
• A pre or post event activity

These are additional items that will be offered to the guest as part of their invitation.

Included in these arrangements will be:

• Use of the sessions tool to create different session such as activities and dinners
• Use of the Asset Allocation tool. This is a tool where administrators allocate places for these additional sessions to Hosts for them to assign to their guests
• Enhancement of the Host site to show the number of sessions that are available and for them to assign these sessions to their guests
• Additional session reports
• Enhanced joining instructions to advise guests of the additional session details
